Every time I go to my place and start a minigame, I put on vehicle damage and weapon damage and I cant destroy the vehicle.

I cant enter my own vehicles sometimes.

Only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the include bricks options.

Press the tidle key (Next to the 1) and type in jet();
It should work.
