I joined his CTF then spawned outside, I kept suiciding but kept spawning outside.
So I told Jirue to fetch me in, no response. I told him again then Lord Tony went "shut up" and Jirue went "stop leaving the mini" then kicked me. I IRC'd him telling him about the glitch and he said "Bullstuff, rejoin" then ignore'd me. I rejoined and the same thing happened. So I went God-damnit and told him to fetch me in, then he banned me.
tl;dr: He banned me because I kept spawning outside.
