Updating drivers on Windows 7

After I installed Windows 7 I tryed to play Blockland and I had to update my drivers. The problem is, the tutorial at http://blockland.us/driverupdate is for Windows 98, it is old. How do I update my drivers on Windows 7?

Blockland runs fine on Windows 7. Also that tutorial does work for windows 7, the only difference is that you need to run program in the start menu.

I got it working. Though, Badspot needs to update his tutorials.
