Author Topic: Coloring an item.  (Read 356 times)

Ok, I made a model. I can script it and all but I have a problem now.

Since I've never made any add-ons, I don't know how to "color" items. I've seen lots of add-ons where inside there's lots of .png's with names like, black25, black50, black75, yellow, green, brown. And I know that those are the guns color. But how do you get to color the item with some .png's.

Im a beginner, so im not totaly sure. But when you model, go to materials and rename them to blue, green, yellow, etc.
Then when you package, just add the picture of a color with the same name.

Thats the only i know,...

I made the model in Blender and then tried to export it to Milkshape, but when I export it in .obj format, and import it in Milkshape, the file won't appear.

Fixed.
