There is a button at the bottom of the posting screen called additional options.

click that.

Then upload your picture.

Take pictures
Go to Imageshack or Photobucket
Upload the pictures
Copy the direct link
Press the button and paste the link inbetween the [img] tags
You cannot do this on a DS
