Did you guys know that there something exists like a START button where anything you have is installed? It's not even a big search to find anything! Instead of spamming the Desktop with all the unneeded shortcuts. Doesn't even look like a desktop anymore, more like a Recycle Bin inside.

Or I could use the desktop for what it's for - putting icons on. I don't want to have to dig through the start menu to find stuff when I can have it right there. I don't see the point in an empty desktop.

Point of an empty desktop; It looks good and doesn't have such a lot stuff to load on the start up.

yeah my games run sooooooooo slow, thanks for the insight on why my computer is forgeted oh great master

never had any problems with fps on any games.

I don't see the reasoning behind my desktop slowing everything down and frankly wouldn't be bothered to change it even if it did, I'm sure the effects are so small it would barely be noticeable.

Well then why do I easily get 60+ fps if I get like -1,000 fps

They could right-click the desktop, > arrange icons by > [check/uncheck] show desktop icons.

It's what I do to hide that damn recycle bin, when I share my desktop.
