Help with Port Fowarding - Password

I live in Britain but I can't seem to port foward with BT. This is because when the password thing pops up so I get into my admin page I don't know my username or password.

Also, I am "renting" my router, as in we don't have our own router we have a supplier. We have Broadband, Freeview TV and Internet. Is that a problem?

Well, to access the router to portfoward you need your username and password, you can try defaults like "admin" and "password" for username and password.
