Author Topic: Some art in a new program  (Read 2937 times)

The pictures in this topic are good. They aren't great, but there are some people that will hate them because it is an overdone style, in the same way that Khorde's art is. It should be left at that. But I'm sure this post will in turn piss off a few people.

I agree.

What the hell did I just look at?

I can draw I don't know what you're talking about lolo.
Oh look Khorde drew a woman's ass :cookieMonster:

By the way, there are different assumptions as to the meaning of "draw." When I said draw, I meant sort-of sketch, like Valen did. Flashing isn't necessarily "drawing" and what Valen did has an obvious overdone style.. He should have probably kept it simple.

This cannot be qualified as "art"

Neither can this

Yet some people pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for stuff like it, only to be told 10 years later it was made by the artist's grandchild and pet cat

I would lol if that actually was drawn by the artist's grandchild and cat.

Animating in flash is drawing I'm not sure why you think it wouldn't be called drawing. What else would you call dragging a pen on a tablet for hours in predetermined ways so when you write on the screen it looks like something people can recognize?

I dont get the top picture

I saw a painting in my art class which was made by some famous art dude(van gogh?)which consisted of 2 solid colors in the shape of a half rectangle
a red sqaure above and blue square
and thats it

I was astounded by how stupid it was

I'm laughing at the people who can't understand abstract art.
