How would he open it? You need an internet browser to open the link.

Edit: Guys the browser functions normally, but it won't connect. I've fixed the same problem before, but I forgot what to do.

I've had the problem before, and it's not just IE. I was unable to connect through any internet browser. The problem eventually just walked away, but time seems to go faster if you unplug your router, and plug it back in, and restart the computer.

In fact I unplugged the surge protector controlling all my PC stuff.

The only things I've done to make it go away was by resetting router (explained above), restarting computer, and lastly, repeatedly clicking the Blockland Forums link on the links toolbar.
All of those are probably not the solution, and there's probably some process active that acts funny lurking about.
My hands are also cold.
