Author Topic: Computer is go- err, BLOOBLED.  (Read 7466 times)

Everything. My entire system, all of my files, games, models, addons.

Gone.

All because for some reason I got BSoD about 500 times, then when I try to restore my computer back to the factory copy, it BSoDs AGAIN and then removes loving everything.

Winload.exe is gone. The thing that actually loads my system. Only because when I was halfway through reinstalling windows with the HP "Ramdisk settings", the blue screen came back with "Fatal error" and shut down.

I tried loading it back up. This time, the black screen came up and said "One major file has not been found and windows cannot load."

"[WINLOAD.EXE]"

All I can do is exit.

Now, if I try turning it on, it's a black screen.

I'm relying off of my family's iMac in my living room. This is hell.

If it's 'bsod'ing even once formatted .. doesn't that mean it's a hardware thing?

Correct me if I'm wrong

forget if it is, I just murdered my system for no reason

Also, it was not formatted yet. It was about 1% in to formatting.

Did it delete everything or can you not access it?

When I read "Computer is gone" I expected a riveting tale of how a bunch of minorities broke into your home and stole it.

Sounds more like a problem with your - Probably crappy - Hardware, than it does with Vista. Grow up and stop blaming your problems on other people

PROTIP: BSODs are usually caused by hardware failure, not the operating system nowadays.

Nice job using Vista as a scapegoat.

Can't access anything.

This happens, especially when I've never had problems like this for a good five years now.

I've never had hardware problems; I've never switched anything and its been fine up until now.

Also, it can't be a hardware problem. The BSoD error was "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". Everywhere I've researched says it was a file problem.

And? Ive never had a problem in the time Ive used Vista and neither has anyone I know
Also, nowhere in my post did I state Vista had no problems. Every OS has its problems - Windows, Mac, and Linux
