Author Topic: Is moving cross-hairs possible?  (Read 1944 times)

I think he just wants some kinda moving gui thing that moves over near enemies.
Not to force you to aim on them.

He's suggesting some sort of indicator that moves on your screen to make you aware of visible players.

I think he's a dumbass

That does sound pretty cool. It could display what weapons the player would have or something.

What would be interesting is a server-sided aim assist add-on, as an option in minis. Doesn't snap on to enemies, just brings your aim closer when you're looking toward them. I personally wouldn't want it, but it would be pretty neat.

And this.

And their health, now THAT would be lovey.

It would theoretically be possible with something like the shapenamehud to make a 'lockon' box on any nearby player. It would however probably be impossible to actually make any actual aim locking or details display (health, etc).

It would suck if your crosshairs moved around while you were trying to shoot people, ESPECIALLY if you were trying to snipe someone. How would you know where to aim if the crosshair moved whenever a person is on the screen?

Unless you meant a separate crosshair, but I didn't read anything implying that.
