Author Topic: A Nice File Hosting Site  (Read 1259 times)

Just found this website. It looks neat and isn't all spammy like some file hosting sites.
UploadRobots

Imo, File Front is the best file hosting site. It has ads, but they're not annoying. Also, I can check out things about my files like how many times it's been downloaded and stuff.

Change that number and you can download any file on the site. Hehe.
It'd kinda help to know the number, though?
Otherwise it'd take a while to find something.
Unless you're just lookin' at random stuff.

yes

Tom

I think FileFront is the cluttered on where I have trouble finding the download button.

I will be using this from now on. Thank-you.

Sorry, due to browser limitations, Upload Robots currently does not support Internet Explorer.
We suggest you download a more powerful browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari

Well that's a shame.

However, this does not limit me from using the site, as I use firefox as a secondary.

But, a site should NEVER restrict users from using certain browsers. Especially a file hosting service.
I rate this service 0/5, and I suggest not using it.

It's probably the scripting. How do you think I feel when I download something and it say PC only? :(

Haha IE.

Maybe this is a sign that you shouldn't use that browser?  :cookieMonster:

This. On my old computer, before I formatted, every time IE was launched I got a BSOD.

Nice, but I'll just stick to mediafire

Filefront is only site to give me few kb/s download rate sometimes. And it's rather slow compared to other sites, at least for me.

Mediafire is best. :D
