Its messed up...

I only see the Hands in first person.
I only the top in Third person...

help..

Try making a video of your animation. I think that might be the part you messed up. Also, gun or melee?

video of your animation

A video!?

Why would i make a video!?

Its Melee

Sounds mysterious. In Blender, what I seem to run into most is naming the armatures/emptys/(whatever Milkshape uses as joints and points of interest) wrong, and thus screw up. Also, packaging isn't required. Just put all the required stuff in a folder in add-ons. The only reason you get add-ons as a .zip is because you can't send entire folders.

Milkshape isn't as powerful or reliable as Blender, from my point of view. It just seems complicated at first.

Hurrrrrrrr

Okay, what he meant was that you should show everyone in detail via that (if it just doesn't show up in game, don't). I used Fraps

And when you put it in a .zip your packageing it...

Also my joints are correct.

It's the LoD, if your groups have numbers after them, like box01, the exporter will recognise this as a LoD and make strange things happen. If you remove these numbers or put 0 after each one, the display issues should be fixed.

Will try.

Edit: ok that worked but... the hands are grey...
