How do you make crosshairs you make work and Transparent?

How do you replace a crosshair with one i made and how do you make it transparent ?

Erase the background to make it transparent. You also must save it as a .png file; .jpg cannot do transparency. If you want the crosshair itself to be trans, decrease the opacity. You can do all of this with Paint.NET, which is free, if you don't already have it.

when i try to DL paint.net it goes to AVS Photo editor and Cover editor how do i get to paint.net one?


 Also if you can use and can make it transparent in in AVS Photo editor than how?
