I didn't think we were using rubber bullets. I don't see how they would be bouncing off things for no reason.
Well, if it's a Riot Shield, you would think it is Bullet-Proof. Now, if we are being realistic, when something hits it, from an angle, only, it bounces off, of course. But if it gets hit directly, then it will simply hit the shield, smash, and more than likely drop due to the gravity cat. Oh, and if you really want realism, go play stuff in real life
