What kind of (gaming) computer should I get. The maximum price I would pay is $6,000. Tell me your opinion, I want a good gaming computer.

loving lot of money

Get a good built computer, some liquid cooling/multiple overclocked graphics cards/processors.

Build one you forgettard.

You guys didn't tell me to build one

For $6,000 he doesn't have to.

You have two choices:
  • Either buy a prebuilt that someone smart will put together for you and you'll buy that without worrying about anything

OR
  • Buy separate parts and learn how to properly handle computer parts/put them together.

The forget.

Don't spend $6,000 on a computer you can barely upgrade: most commercial 'puters have integrated mobos and processors.

Also I seriously doubt you have such miserable word skills and have $6,000 to spend on a computer.

Go ahead. I really don't care what you think of it. Have a nice day.

Nice, I'll think about it.
No, don't think about it, just get it its the best thing you're going to get for that price and its easy to put together.  Just use the ssd as the system disk.

No. Straight up.
i7 975's are a waste of money. Get a 920 and overclock.
$500 for a 160GB HDD is a massive waste of money. I don't give a forget if it's an SSD.
You don't need TWO Blu-Ray drives.
And who the forget needs 12GB RAM?
You could do better for less. If you buy that computer I will come to your house and beat you down.

He has a ridiculous budget for a ridiculous computer and I didn't put much thought into it.  Also this is the overclocking of that cpu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhgwbUJl50w

On another note, it's sold out (graphics and the 2 hdd's).  Just noticed that.I'm handicapped.

This is the lite version of this combo, $2.7k but I suppose that would still be too much for him, darling?
