I want to get a new graphics card, but I'm limited to the wattage of my computer, any suggestions?

Go with either an HD 4870 or a GTX 260.  Both can run Crysis easily and have low power requirements.

What about the 5770? Don't buy a year old graphics card, that would be lame.

Pretty sure the minimum power requirement is 550 watts.

The HD 5770 is equivalent to the HD 4870.  The 5770 may actually require less power and might be a better choice.
