You obviously don't know what a filter looks like, because I didn't use one damn filter on a single one of those.

Not even the "Whut"?

Not even the "Whut"?

Nope. That's just brushes. Literally, that project took me an entire school week. Here's what I did:

1. Take the picture to build the effect off of.
2. Import into PS.
3. Take eyedropper tool, click on an area of my face to get the color swatch from that area.
4. Leaving the eyedropper tool on that same spot, get brush tool and paint.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 throughout picture until finished.
6. Add text, voila.

That wasn't how I wanted to do it, that's how the teacher told us to do it. I received, I stuff you not, a 100% on that assignment.

So first you're saying that's not half assed, and now you're saying it's ok you didn't spend over 5 minutes because it's a logo.

Guess what, logos don't take up 2/3 of my screen.
Just because it's simple doesn't mean that it's bad.

And now, A.R.C., I present to you, 100% filter-free, you being blasted out of an explosion, unharmed:

Now my turn.

I'm still confused about what you really want me to do. Let me clarify. You want me to draw, from scratch, a red panda, standing up. Is this correct?

Yes. But make it sideways, so I can use it as a desktop.

Sideways... as in longer horizontally than vertically? And would you want it in the standard desktop size (1280x1024)?

Sure. Whatever.

Yeah, Fox, I must admit, I don't have the knowledge - or the time - to draw a full-blown animal from scratch. But if you want a picture of a red panda I found one for you:

How do I set that as my desktop?

I thought he meant he wanted a Red Panda
Like, a Panda thats red

No, that's exactly what I wanted. A red panda.

How do I set that as my desktop?

Well, first of all, that's not the correct size for a wallpaper, and if I tried resizing it, the picture would become stretched and would look very bad. But if you really want that as your background, right-click it and select "Set as Desktop Background."

That option doesn't exist.
