Also I'm setting up my own station. More of "The best hits of the '70s, '80s, '90s, and today!" And yesh there will be a part time DJ.

I don't understand the whole "playlist directory" thing. Is there anyone else with a Mac who is doing this, and can they show me how to set a station up?
