I doubt it is possible. I think the game is specifically designed so you can't go over that limit.

I got to 135k once, by making a stack of 100 high 1x1x1s and duping it xD

Lagged the PC endlessly and so slow I couldn't move mouse to save button

Basically - DON'T MAKE THINGS 120k+ bricks unless you have a supercomputer.

You can have >128,000 bricks if you're only playing by yourself but anyone joining the server will not be able to see the excess bricks.
