Hi, I need help please. How can i turn .PNG format into another format as .JPEG or .GIF without losing the quality.

File converter, or save the file as a .jpeg extension. I don't know whether or not your quality will stay, though.

Open image in paint.net or anything, save as, Blah.png, ?????, profit.

Actually Jpg can have some pretty good quality if you don't save it in MSPaint.
