Author Topic: Selling My Computer  (Read 3361 times)

I have decided to sell my computer on eBay, and make a post in case anyone was interested. The computer runs perfectly, and I'm only selling it to raise money for my college laptop. The specs are as follows:

Model: Acer Aspire X1200
Processor: AMD Sempron 2300 Dual Core, 2.3GHz per core.
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium
RAM: 3GB DDR2 (800Mhz)
Graphics: nVidia GeForce 8200
VRAM: 1394MB

For a reference, the computer can run the following games at max settings without any trouble whatsoever:

-Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source, World of Warcraft, Blockland, Garry's Mod, etc.-

The current eBay price is 260$, with a Buy-It-Now for 360$. (BiN includes Mouse/Keyboard)

It is listed here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320473006173&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT#ht_500wt_1182

Note: If any of you buy it, it will arrive with a 20$ bill taped to the side of the case. Please PM me if you buy it.

EDIT:
Things you should know: It has 1 HDMI port and 1 free PCI-Expressx16 Port.
Comes with nVidia NForce 10/100MBPS Networking
Runs quieter than an external hard drive. (Thats borderline silent.)
Option to have it come Bluetooth ready.

Are you sure an 8200 can run those source games at max settings with no fps drop?
Yes
Are you bascially giving away your steam acc.
No, I will take off my Steam Credentials.

Video of 2Fort run-through will be available for download on Mediafire in the near future.

I might try and get this for my Birthday
or early birthday
Wait, are you giving us the $20 for blockland?

If someone from Blockland buys it, I'll tape 20$ to the side of the case. (as a promotional offer xD)

Also, I would be more than willing to take 300$ for it as a Buy-It-Now if I can find a way to take the listing off eBay.

I hVe an extra 400 laying around, could buy. I'll need to find out some more about it though.

Take some pictures of it and its up-grades and icons.

iownu44: It you buy it now, I'll throw in a mouse and keyboard. Along with that, it will have Blockland v13 pre-installed, along with a 60$ copy of Kaspersky Anti-Virus. I can also have any mainstream browser, AIM7, Pidgin, Audacity, and Steam (with selection of games: TF2, CSS, CS:CZ, CS, Gmod) installed.

And yes, as a Blockland player you get the 20$ bill taped to it as well.

I have Kaspersky. It acts like stuff and mistakes its own programs as threats. EVEN BLOCKLAND!

That makes one of us. Kaspersky has never given me stuff. It has always worked perfectly and has saved my system from countless trojans.

Im too lazy to read. Do we get a monitor too?

Mine must be glitched. Badly

Speaking of selling computers, I was thinking of selling my Gateway M675PRR laptop soon.

Model: Gateway M675PRR
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 with HyperThreading 3.2 GHz (Desktop CPU)
OS: Dual-booted with Ubuntu Linux and Windows XP
RAM: 1 GB DDR
GPU: ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 - 64 MB VRAM (does share memory to get more)
Screen: 1440x900 17"
Includes: Two chargers, two batteries (both hold a 50% charge), two DVD-ROM/CD-RW drives, two floppy drives. and a carrying case.

What would a good starting price be?
