Googling doesn't really help. Does anyone have a working importer?

I think Shaper can import .dts

The only thing I know of that can import .dts files is Shaper, though you have to buy it after the 30-day trial.
I believe it can export to Blender files to, but I am unsure.

I don't know if Milkshape and Blender have the same grid size, but in Milkshape a default sized joint is roughly the size of a hand.

Don't post in here anymore. Its a finished topic. I'm on milkshape now, and i figured the joint is about the same size as the hand :P
