You finish hopping over the fence, and run down to the ditch below. A few HCZs jump in front of you.
Shooting at them like mad, the gun emits tons of bullet shells.

You kill all the zombies, and smash the headcrabs, ending with smashing their headcrab captors.
You use Arms to climb Oil Tanker.

You lean over, and pick up the Portal gun.
It only has Two Portal Links left, so use it wisely.
Received Item: Portal Gun

You shoot a portal into the warehouse you crashed by.

There's a hole to a mineshaft, and apparently the elevator fell.
You jump down the shaft, only to land in water.
Walking through the mines, you shoot like hell blowing headcrabs to pieces.
You come upon a switch, and flip it as a mine cart with a blade goes back and forth.
It kills tons of zombies in it's path.

You run up the shaft.
It's a tunnel into City 17!
You exit the tunnel, and follow some train tracks. It leads to a rebel camp.
You are given a Spas-12 Shotgun.
Another rebel teaches you how to load and use a shotgun.

You unequip Rebel Armor and equip Citizen Clothing
Received Item: Spas-12 Shotgun
Inventory: WEAPONS Black Silenced Uzi, 9mm Pistol, Spas-12 Shotgun, Shotgun Ammo, Empty Boomer Bile, Arms, Medkit. CLOTHING Civil Protection Suit, Rebel Armor. HATS Bonk Helmet.
What do you do?
There is a Door with a Dock through the door, a Television, a Group o' Rebels.
CHAPTER 3 Ravenholm completed.
CHAPTER 4 City 17 started.

After learning how to use the shotgun, shoot the person and attract the others by yelling "Gadzooks! Zomeone shot 'im!" As they turn, jump behind a zombie who found his way into the base. Throw zombie at other people at watch as they scream and die.

This, then rally some troops and head out to the docks

You get up, and shoot the shotgun towards everyone. The person who gave you the shotgun pulls out a Black Mesa M6 and joins you in killing all of the rebels inside the building.
You and your follower exit to the docks.

What should you do now?
There is a Dock, a Crane, and a Buggy.
