He obviously is new to the game. He's not going to know about it the very moment he downloads the game. Just because you and others know of them doesn't mean everyone else does.

I found the kitchen secret with a flying carpet trying to be stylish by flying low.
it was during a minigame and i didnt know what to do.
So I flew up with the carpet and barely landed by it.
As soon as I got the the top room in the fridge
I started constructing my clubhouse :3

I also found this secret from riding my bike arond the house
Then when i got in thar i constructed my secret clubhouse with top of the line security(cameras, automated turrets, a bomb drops on you if you step on a certain pad. and 6 tanks specially trained to eat anyone that doesnt have a key and a password.
and a certain dresscode+a selected few who i let in.
