Try Leather Armor and Raider Wastehound Helmet. Before you say Leather Armor isn't a Raider Armor, there's a guy named A Wanderer that's a Raider and he was a unique Leather Armor.

Leather armor is not raider armor because it doesn't say Raider at the beginning. Also, Wander is a unique NPC, he doesn't count.
