2 problems /w maps

[Darkspyre Guardian]

in the map "Cubes": the floating cubes and walkway do not appear.
in any Storm weather maps: they don't have any form of stormy weather, just clear skies.

please help!

you must not be downloading the maps completely. 

For the "Cubes" you did not download the interiors.
For the Storm weather maps you didn't download the skybox (atmosphere I think)
[for the storm thing is it the default blue skybox?]

If this is the problem you need a better link, if not, idk.
