Might I suggest a SWAT 4-style gamemode where you have 4 Swat guys (Plus a sniper, maybe) who have to clear out a building, ect ect?

Where did you get that number? 4 person squad, plus terrorists. You could, if you balance it correctly and have a good squad, have as many terrorists as you want.

This looks really good. I would use a trans windshield, tho. Also, don't pour too much time into the wheel wells, and be ready to remove them should the poly count go too high. Overall, great start!
