Windows 7 64 bit...

No speakers, keyboard, monitor...

Those are my current specs... Anything need fixing?

And im surprised, its only 500.

My home built PC is better than that and it roughly cost me 550 $

I highly suggest for you to build your own.
And if you're not up to it, get someone you know who has to help you.
