Because they are allways playing on Cartoon Network over here, it seems.
They have some of their newer things and whatnot, but they generally show all these old (better) shows later at night. Which doesn't make too much sense because I'd of expected most young children who would watch these shows (Riot excluded :P) would be asleep by the time they're being shown.

And lol, Cow and Chicken. I have not watched it in years.
I also remember CatDog, or something like that. A two headed animal, with a head on either side. One was a Cat and the other a Dog. Brilliant.

Rug rats, Rocco's, Beavers, Dexter's Lab, Ed Edd and Eddy, and Hey Arnold were the best. Ahhh! Real Monsters, Cow n Chicken and a few others were pretty good too, everything else like Billy and Mandy sucked. Also, Cartoon Networks still plays alot of the older shows, KnD, and Courage are on all the time.
