and nice picture i must say, i would've taken it on destruct light or construct though, it looks odd for some reason at the edges

actually i need a messy background. otherwise it wont show the speed (as in blurryness)

Photoshop, paint.net, etc.
It's a common reference to editing.

Or get a greenscreen editor thing and take a picture on slate greenscreen.  Then you could add in video in the BG.

this whole thing is photoshop. the car was really sitting in one spot.
