What is this sound?

Recently after starting my computer my speakers made a static noise and started playing things similar to this sound. It was about 30 seconds long but I only got about 5 seconds of it.

Okay, but I'm a little creeped out at why it was playing on my speakers. I hadn't started anything at all, I have no viruses because I scanned last night and fixed/deleted all of them.
