Actually that's a shooped lampshade onto the picture of the girl. It's already been debunked because I know for a fact that type of underwear doesn't cover that much between the legs. And to answer your question/thoughts on how I'd know, yes I have worn a banana hammock before. Not any more because I just don't like that feeling of fabric between my butt cheeks.
