Author Topic: Vault 101 -WIP-  (Read 1739 times)

I'm in the process of building the Vault 101 from a very fun game, Fallout 3. So far, I've made:
  • The Vault door (Evented)

Not really a good picture, but it's pretty much just the Vault door, but evented. Here's the Door Test save:

I'm kind of disappointed. It looks like an "abstract" version of the room so far, the only thing that reminds me of that in the game is a raised platform with a switch and the presence of a vault door. What little work you have done doesn't look like it's going to end well.

And, no offense, but I can't help but suspect the only eventing work you did was having the door open when you click the brick.

This does not look like Vault 101, exterior needs work as well as interor, try making it built into some sort of mountain like the game and in the interior try to make it look rustic and old like the room hasn't been used in years. Maybe add like workbenches and random buttons and levers to add some unique style to it. Good luck with it though.

I'm terribly sorry about this. My brother has seemed to post this build that I was never going to finish, but I guess I might as well work on it now.

Anyways, the Vault door evented includes:
  • Lights
  • Alarm Sound
  • Smoke Effect
I guess I'll work on it after school. Also, the Exterior (Terrain, etc...) will be built after I finish decorating and detailing the Interior.

{EDIT} The interior isn't just the Vault door, there will be more such as Hallways, Rooms, and a Shooting Range (when you unlock the BB Gun).
