Yeah.
The emitters stop showing up for everyone when a player leaves the game.  To see emitters again you have to Self Delete.
This happens each time someone leaves a server you're on.

1. Nobody's been to my server when this has happened.
2. Well, the emitters doesn't show up, but there aren't any explosion either, no damaging.
