Links with events & Dedicated maps.

Problem 1: how do I get events in Chat Message events?
Problem 2: How do I get a space in dedicated maps(I put Slate Ground) and it puts slate.

Thanks for the link, as in, when I click dedicated.bat, editing in notepad you can change the map. How do I get spaces in it.
