Help me find a new graphics card.

I need a new graphics card. Right now I have an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series, it is absolute crap. I can barely play blockland with a few thousand bricks with everything on low and Draw Distance on minimal.
Soooo, help me find a new one?

Things it needs.
256+ MB video ram
Under 50 dollars.

That's about it.

I'm not the best person with this stuff, but I know some of you are better.
I found this one on newegg, and I am wondering if it is good enough.

Edit: I don't need super powered, just good enough to play games like Battlefield Heroes, TF2, etc on a good setting.

I have a gtx 285, it servers me well.

my nvidia gt 210 can run tf2 on high settings and get almost no lag in bl

also its overclocked so it has 1gb of vram

after a week of light use I got the infamous BSOD,the card was too hot,no fan on it
I tired to install this POS on XP Pro and Media Edition machines and it crashed both of them. After wasting hours of frustration, I took it back. Just posting here to save TD customers the hassle of dealing with garbageware.
Bought this to replace a Geforce 8600 GT. Result was a disaster, Vista performance index dropped from 5.0 to 3.5. So removed it, put back the 8600, and accepted my stupidity for believing in the hype for it.
Worst card to buy, drivers both on the CD and online failed to install the card. I ended up returning it and buying a different card, and lost my shipping and handling fees
