The picture has him heating up the cookie dough on a spoon with a lighter because that's the way you shoot up heroine.

Can you make the blue trans? It would be nice to have a trans version.

Everything about the decal is transparent except for the eyes (even all the black lines are 70% transparent, it makes the decal conform to any color you choose). I don't know what you mean.
