Saving mission! D:

Well, I edited my mission for v2, saved it, and now when I start the map, it goes back to the old v1 D:

However, the .mis file and .ter file in the .zip file in my Blockland folder is different from the .mis file and the .ter file in my Mapname file folder in my Blockland folder.  Are they different?  Will I be able to get back my mission?

I don't believe the mission editor will save it to the zip file. Search your add-ons folder for a folder (not the zip) with the same name as the zip, copy the files out of it and put them in the zip file for the map.
