It's called Internet speak and stop flaming it

Anyway, look at the default and learn from it or learn from this

Bold colors:
255 255 255 255 = Very White

Breakdown - 255                      255                          255                        255
 /255         Red Value             Green Value             Blue Value             Always 255 :D

Non-bold/transparent
Same but values out of 1 so red would be 1.00000 0.00000 0.00000 1
Trans red: 1.00000 0.00000 0.00000 0.7 <less than 1 for this value = transparency

After that it's a simple mix of using sanity to work out other colors such as yellow or pink (or use paint xD)
