My server is one of the many thats ping appears as "---". I know you said these servers should still be joinable, but I have had multiple people tell me my server won't let them join. Any fix for this?

Someone who is having a problem with people joining their server is going to have to leave it up so I can look at what's happening.

EDIT: there appear to be a handful of servers that are posting to the master server (a web page) but are not communicating with the matchmaker server. I can only assume that they have a firewall blocking outgoing UDP traffic.
