Unfortunetly, NO ONE will give you the mini-nuke, it is server rape, and banned on sight.

It's on the bad CRC's list and will not execute. In other words, you can't use it.

Personally I've never seen it, but I'm under the impression it's the virtual equivalent of severing your internet cable.
