Total: Someone figure this out I'm too lazy

I need a dvd/cd reader, but I thinks it's ok so far. Does everything look good?

I don't know much, but i would suggest more ram.

It's like an expensive jigsaw puzzle.

-snip-
I already used that joke today. Lulz. Like it matters.

God damn, how the hell are you going to assemble this if you're too lazy to use a damn calculator and figure out how much it costs?

lol'd hard.

I think you should go with a better processor.

I don't have a lot of ram because I'm cheap

What is your budget? What are you using the computer for? Do you need a case, PSU, etc?

The CPU, RAM and Motherboard are all fairly outdated.

Neither of those sets of RAM are clocked correctly for that mobo.  Since you're a cheapskate:

Your other choices are fine if you're looking to maximize savings.  You said DVD/CD reader not burner, so I picked you a cheap one:

As Resonance_Cascade said, everything except the video card is outdated.  If you're going to build a computer for gaming, prepare to spend at least $800.

I saw some video that recommended these parts (Except I chose 2gb of ram instead of 4)

It said that the computer with these parts could run Crysis at 35-40fps
