RP Hourly Bell
Adds a special brick that plays a bell sound on the hour
(now works because of V14)

Description
Any admin may place the brick. The brick is in the RP Admin brick section. It's a 2x2 brick
Every hour, a long-distance sound(1500 bricks) of a bell will be played on the hour with 1.5 second intervals.
The bell is really loud up close, so it is recommended you make a high clocktower to house the brick.

Required Add-Ons
This Add-On requires RP Core and RP Time in order to work, so make sure to download them too!

Installation
Put RP_HourlyBell.zip into the Add-Ons folder in your Blockland folder. Make sure you downloaded the required add-ons!
