I got Blockland off my brother's computer, and didn't want to wait forever to get the add-on folder and saves, so the default ones' download would be appreciated.

Shouldn't you have downloaded the Blockland installer from the main site rather than taking the files from your brother's computer? Especially being that you didn't get the add-ons and saves?

A shortcut? What? The installer isn't supposed to be a shortcut, are you using one you got from your brother's PC? Like i said, just download the installer from the main site, it should be an .exe file, not a shortcut file

Whatever, I meant the icon thingy. It is a .exe.
