Can somebody tell me how to view my videocard, processor and hardrive? I have 2007 Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2.

Tech support huh?

Some one find Rex, he looks like an Indian.

Seek assistance in the Education System. Thanks.

Pretty easy.
Press Start.
If Vista, go to 2.
If XP, go to 1.

1) Press run and type DxDiag. This will open the Direct X Diagnostics Tool.
This will tell you some basic info regarding your computer.
2) Type DxDiag into the search/run area. This will open the Direct X Diagnostics Tool.
This will tell you some basic info regarding your computer.

Otherwise, try Control Panel => Hardware to seen specific models and drivers, which should identify particular models if Windows recognizes them and they aren't generic.

Good luck with that.

First make sure your computer is plugged in and turned on. Call back after you're sure that has been done.

I'M HERE GUYS KEEP YOUR SHIRTS ON

If you want to know the hard drive space, just go to My Computer, right click on the C: drive, and select properties. (XP)

Or just go to Computer if you have Vista / 7.

For the system specifications, type dxdiag in the start menu search box in Vista / 7, or press start, select run, and type dxdiag on XP.

Windows Key + R

Type in "dxdiag.exe" without the quotes.

If it asks to check something about drivers, hit yes.

Then click "Save All Information". It'll save as a text file.

Upload it to the forums. We can view literally all technical specifications about your system but no personal things that tell who you are are given.

Well done.
He needs three people to tell him to type DxDiag into the run window.

I'll let Nick slide with the save all info tip. That was useful, I guess.

It's what happens when you have to go through both Nvidia and EA's bullstuff technical supports.

Hey yo! For system specs press start and type dxdiag in the search box/click on run and type dxdiag!

I'm not going to lie. You have a point, going through both and couple that with SecuROM and the knife on the table starts wanting to date my wrists.

Lol'd. EA kept giving me bullstuff robot replies for a week.

They just told me they'd look into the problem and replied two weeks later.
SecuROM just stopped emailing me twice. Just stopped replying, and i'd have to mail for help all over again.
