here's the most popular way to get to dedicated.bat:
programfiles>blockland>dedicated.bat
it should show a black box, run it, and the server is running. open up blockland and play your server.

It's in your Blockland folder.

there is a folder that syas "dedicated command" and "dedicatedLAN comand"

Dedicated LAN is for a dedicated server for people on your network only (i.e. connected to the same router you are). You'll likely want the plain Dedicated.
