What program are you using?
The faces are facing the wrong way ( :cookieMonster: )
You can only see a face from one side.

In milkshape:
Go to flatshaded view,
Select the black faces and press Ctrl+Shift+F
Its called Reverse Vertex Order on something..

Ty.

Wait, What?
Your faces are invisible IN milkshape?!

How does it look when you use Flatshaded view?

This IS the flatshaded wiew. It looks the same in smooth shaded wiew, just its smooth.

Flatshaded only shows black/white faces
This is textured view, Because its blue.
Right click your 3d view and click Flatshaded

As I said, I did and NOTHING changed.

The body was still blue?
And are the faces actually there...
Did you accidentally hide a group?

When you view the model in wireframe mode, can you see the faces that are invisible here?

Right click the 3d view, show back faces.
Then reverse them by hand.

Osht, I knew it was that

Gratz, Can't wait till you release this :D
I think it looks a bit like thunderbirds..

Its a SHADO mobile from the british UFO TV series from the 70's.
