im over in durham for the tenants annual/monthly check up

last time we had mexicans living in there and they jammed a satellite in the roof that me and my dad remade BY HAND. and they entered the house via the windows and later claimed they got robbed.

it appeared the property manager had an organization with them to ripoff the house owners.

EDIT: luckily we have a deal with the neighbors to watch our house and report their actions to us.
and mow our lawn
