I must disagree, McDonalds had some wonderful yet healthy choices, such as their salads, which use frog urine for dressing...

But seriously though, Mangoes are the stuff, and they don't suck for you :P

Nope, the only healthy part in the salad is the frog urine.

And the mangoes are going to kill you.

I don't think I could give it up, sometimes I'm in a rush and I have to eat really quickly. I know it's not healthy but it's just so damn delicious.

Don't exercise or limit yourself, just blame it on McDonalds and go stuff 50,000 calories worth of diet cookies into your mouth a day and cry about your metabolism and thyroid problem.  :cookieMonster:

I only eat it once or twice a month.  The rest of the time I eat healthy organic food and lots of fruit.

i eat at least 3k calories a day lol.

but i jog for an hour and half daily to
